Shipping policy

As of right now we are only shipping within Canada. Shipping for Bracelets & Charms is 3.00. Shipping for Apparel & Hats is $9.99 CAD Flat Rate. Combined Shipping rates will apply (ex: Bracelet/charm & Apparel purchase will be $12.99 in total to ship). We will do our best to process your order within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Apparel may take 1-5 business days to ship depending on availability if made to order. 

Packages without tracking: These packages are sent letter mail and do not come with tracking. If this option is chosen at checkout, Rein & Rose Co. will ship your package under 500g using oversize letter mail. Once dropped off at Canada Post, Rein & Rose Co. Is no longer responsible for delivery of goods. 

Tracked Packages: Once the package is dropped off and scanned by Canada Post, it is no longer the responsibility of Rein & Rose Co. Please notify us if you did not receive the package and we can begin an inquiry with Canada Post. Rein & Rose Co. is not responsible for damages from Shipping.
